About
I’m a North Carolina native. Raised in Winston-Salem, NC, a graduate of Appalachian State University, and a Charlotte resident for the last 8 years; North Carolina will always be where I call home. I graduated college with a degree in Communications; Electronic Media and Broadcasting, and a minor in Theatre. Some of my interests include trying out local restaurants and bars, cooking, photography, music, and fan-girl-ing out over any and every dog that I see (including my own)
Experience
I’ve worked professionally in radio for 10 years now, climbing the ranks from live simply an on-air talent, to Music Director, to Program Director, with many positions added on in-between. I’m now on-air daily in three different markets across the US. (Vegas, Charlotte, and Augusta) and Director of Programming for two major radio station brands in the Charlotte area.
I have management experience, and feel comfortable handing multiple direct repots. I am an exceptional multi-tasker. I work best under pressure, and love to tackle any job head on. I love being a part of a team, and find collaboration to be both exciting and beneficial. I have lots of experience interviewing; anything from Chancellors of Universities, to athletes, and of course, musicians (Dierks Bentley, Ava Max, Carly Pearce, Dan+ Shay, etc..)
I’ve worked with many operated systems including Adobe Audition, Adobe Premiere Pro, FinalCut, Wide Orbit, WordPress, Social News Desk, Microsoft Office Suite, Furturi AudioAI, NuVooDoo, Canva, and more. I have knowledge and experience creating content on multiple digital platforms, and social media as well.
